It's time to come clean. You see
last weekend as per usual we we're out
and I was snapping pictures downtown.
Well after we had enough of Woody's we
went to Leopard's. So I promptly
go to the washroom; as it took a while
to get there. Well once in the
stall, I did my business (#1) then bent
down to flush the toilet. To my
dismay, I felt my sweater become lighter
and looked down to discover that my
digital camera had fallen from my hoodie
and into the toilet; a strip club
toilet, probably the dirtiest place in
Windsor. Well I snatched it up as
quickly as I could, but it was too late
as the camera was unresponsive. So
finally after Warriner has predicted the
demise of that camera for months, it
finally bit the dust. The camera
was fine in it's time and here are it's
final stats.
- 1813 pictures transferred
(probably double that taken)
- 3 pictures of girls kissing
- 91 pictures of drinking 40's
(Donnie/Navi combine for 83).
- 3 video captures of backflips
- 47 self-portraits (I feel like a
big man when I use the zoom
function)
- 340 pictures from Papa Cheney's
(Monaghan in 275)
- 0 pictures of Bugler passed out
(how'd we manage that one?)
- 6 pictures of Terry at Scott's
house
To the
people I haven't been straightforward
with what happened to my camera, realize
that if they simply fixed it; I wanted
minimal people dubbing it the 'toilet
cam' or other dirty names...but now I
need not worry, because Sear's simply
gave me a new & better one on the spot
as a result of their warranty plan and
the fact they no longer carry my model
anymore. This is like your bitchy
girlfriend kicking the bucket and going
home with her hot friend you macked it
up with at the funeral...amazing!
Anyway,
I wanted to get something profound as my
first picture taken with the new camera;
so I was waiting on say a hot black girl
at the mall, a gay car with a 3 foot
wing or someone to consume some malt
liquor...but after a few days wait, this
is what came first...

...that's
right, on our way to the Wheatley
skatepark today, some peacock was
crossing the road. Not exactly
what I look to portray Belle River
Nation with, but meh.
Speaking of
Wheatley, they completed their $250,000
cement skatepark & I couldn't wait for
this weekend so the woman & I headed out
their in the Jetta and checked it
out...here's some pictures...realize
that I've yet to determine how to take
action shots with the new camera, so 3/5
of this pictures are blurry.
Barspin over a decent elbow hip |
Hang over Toothpick on a very small rail...I probably wouldn't use
this picture, but it started
raining, cutting our time short
|
Table over aforementioned elbow hip. These are actually flatter
than I thought they were |
Handrail. I wanted to do both sides, but I was forced to do this
side about 20 times straight
while trying to figure out the
camera; and the picture is still
blurry! |

Anyway,
hopefully you got some entertainment
from that and aren't angry that you just
read a lot for a picture of a peacock
and myself riding a skatepark in
Wheatley.
Update:
BRN was down a couple of days because
the server was being switched. I
know your lives were empty & hollow
during those 3 days but no were back and
you can rejoice because your lives now
have purpose.
